We offer home child care for children ages 6 months to 13 years, including infant, toddler, preschool and school-age care. Schedules are flexible — full, half and part days, plus before & after school, evenings and weekends. We also build personalized care plans for children with unique needs.

It's simple: 1) send us your enrollment form, 2) we get in touch to chat about your needs, 3) we match you with a provider and complete a home visit, and 4) care begins once everything is approved.

It helps to have your child's name and date of birth, the days and hours you need, your preferred start date and your neighbourhood or postal code. We'll let you know exactly which documents are required (such as immunization records) once we connect, so there's no guesswork.

Can I meet or visit a provider before deciding?
Where applicable, yes. Contact us and we'll talk you through how meeting or visiting a prospective provider works for your situation.
What if my preferred provider is unavailable?
Availability varies from provider to provider. Let us know what your family needs and we'll talk through your options with you.
What do I need to bring or complete?
We'll let you know exactly which documents are required once we connect. It helps to have your child's details, your preferred schedule and any information about your child's needs on hand.
What support is available after care begins?
You can contact our team with questions or concerns at any time, and we'll help you work through them. If you're an existing client, we aim to respond almost immediately during business hours (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). For all other inquiries, we aim to respond within 3 business days.
