Yes, meals and snacks are provided while your child is in care. If your child has allergies or special dietary needs, we’ll confirm the plan during enrollment and make sure the provider follows your written instructions.

Safety is built into how we work. We support providers with clear requirements, do monthly visits, and stay involved after placement to help keep care current and aligned with Ministry expectations.

Our standard ratio is 5 children to 1 provider (5:1). We’ll confirm the exact setup during matching so you know what to expect before you choose a provider.
