BeyondCrayons is a licensed home child care agency operating in Ontario, Canada, under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 (CCEYA) and Ontario Regulation 137/15. Our website provides general information about our program, services, and enrollment process. 

The information on this website is intended for prospective and current families, providers, and members of the public interested in learning about our services. It does not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice.

Submitting a waiting list request or inquiry through our website does not guarantee enrollment, create a contractual obligation, or reserve a spot in our program. Enrollment is confirmed only through a signed Provider Agreement and the completion of our formal intake process. 

6. Fees and Payments 

Information about program fees provided on our website is for general reference only and is subject to change. Specific fee arrangements are set out in your individual Provider Agreement or enrollment documentation. 

No fees are charged simply for placing a child on our waiting list. Any fees related to enrollment administration are only charged once a child has been offered and accepted a space in the program.
