Step 1: Enroll with BeyondCrayons
Enrollment helps capture the details that actually matter for a good match:
Child’s age and start date
Preferred schedule (full-time, part-time, before/after school, extended care)
Location and travel comfort
Allergies, medications, routines, and any additional needs
Step 2: A quick needs check
After you enroll, we confirm key details and clarify priorities—so you don’t get options that are “close” but not right.
This is also where you can share non‑negotiables (hours, allergies, sibling needs, etc.).
Step 3: Provider matching
We then match you with provider options based on:
The care type you need
Availability and schedule fit
Age group and routine alignment
Safety, communication, and overall fit
